The number of cases produced by a Sanctions matching system is very sensitive to the make-up of customer names. Spanish based names match freely, because of both the popularity of certain Spanish names, and the large number of South American drug related SDNs on the OFAC list. Asian names match well against the Global Terrorists listed from the Middle East. To get an accurate measure of how many cases a Customer base will generate, the exact make-up of the customer base needs to be understood.
The SQA cultural analysis tool is able to profile a set of customer names and understand their cultural basis. Once we have understood that make-up then we can replicate with made up names matching that profile. For example:

And produce the following profiles

English Given Name | English Family Name
Spanish Given Name | Spanish Given Name | Spanish Family Name
Create replica customer names in the same profile, names are randomly chosen weighted for popularity.
