SQA Consulting Makes a Splash Managing Ground Works Packages
The majority of works being undertaken are working on a subcontract basis carrying out groundworks packages including deep drainage, foundations, FRC structures and external works including 278 works. We also introduced and implemented new reporting procedures and a Project Management Plan for the operations side of the business as well as developing procedures for purposes of Quality assurance and Site Health, Safety and Environmental.
