Description
This innovative two-year programme allows graduates to develop their technical skills across the whole software development lifecycle. As well as benefiting from training and development in the SQA IT Academy, graduates have support for external study in specific areas. And there.s a strong practical element to the programme too. Trainees will be offered up to three separate eight-month placements in areas such as systems, business analysis, technical testing or project management. It is then possible to choose an area to focus on, although there.s nothing to stop graduates switching disciplines later on. With a Career & Development Plan . as well as the support of a placement manager, mentor and a .buddy. who.s already been on the scheme . graduates can be sure that SQA Consulting are focused at all times on your ongoing progression.
Learning and Development
If you.re looking for a steep learning curve, SQA Consulting.s IT graduate programme will certainly provide it. It all starts with your induction, when you.ll meet senior executives, learn about the SQA Consulting business and the part that IT plays within it. (You.ll also, of course, have a chance to meet your fellow trainees). After that, you.ll be given a job with real responsibility. During your placement(s) in IT operations, you'll work at the sharp end and receive on-the-job training. SQA Consulting will also give you the opportunity to undertake a formal programme of study.
